 Vision 1000/4000The Vision2 is Scott Health & Safety's latest high performance full facemask. It provides an unsurpassed field of vision and guarantees levels of protection and maintainability that set new standards in the industry. Its shape maximises the sealing area on the widest population of faces and thereby minimises pressure points.
Vision 2 is available in two versions: RFF1000 with a front thread filter fitting and RFF4000 with a side thread fitting enabling a fully unrestricted forward field of vision.

Unrestricted Vision
The visor offers the wearer a virtually unrestricted (98%) field of vision and is optically perfect to prevent any visual distortion. This has huge benefits in user acceptance and comfort. Moulded in polycarbonate, it provides eye and face protection and is hard coated to offer excellent solvent and scratch resistance for a long service life.
Comfort
Comfort is further enhanced by the Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) face seal. LSR provides a more durable material than conventional silicone moulding, but remains soft against the skin and highly flexible, readily conforming to the contours of the face. The broad contact area minimises pressure points and seals effectively without over-tightening the head harness. LSR is also non-dermatitis and hypo-allergenic, reducing the possibility of skin irritation.
Weight Distribution
The whole mask weighs just over 600g and filters are set low and close to the face to give excellent balance, avoiding neck strain and further improving wearer acceptance.
Choice
Vision 2 is available in two versions; RFF1000 for front filter fitting (40mm thread), RFF4000 for right side fitting (40mm thread).. Each version of Vision 2 is available in three sizes: M/L, M and S, to ensure high performance for the widest range of users.
Air flow Management
The inner half mask is moulded in anti-dermatitis TPE. It ensures a directional air flow to prevent misting of
the visor and to maintain low carbon dioxide levels. The matt finish prevents reflective glare on the inside of the visor.
Filter Range
RFF1000 and RFF4000 accept any of the Scott 'Pro' range of canister filters. Produced in Scott's 'Centre of Excellence', all Scott filters are designed to withstand the demands of heavy industrial applications. They are manufactured to the highest standards and subjected to rigorous quality assurance testing.
Hose Adapter
For applications requiring extended filter life the lightweight hose adapter allows two special A2P3 filters to
be belt mounted and oriented away from the source of contamination, further reducing breathing resistance
and increasing filter life.
Maintainence
Cleaning is straightforward and requires no dismantling of the face mask. Maintenance procedures are also
minimal and result in low through-life costs. Each Vision 2 visor is individually serial numbered to simplify record keeping. Scott recommends an annual service at an approved service centre.
